
Adults Beginner K1 Kickboxing (Non-Contact)
Learn the fundamentals of K1 kickboxing in a friendly, beginner-focused class — with no contact. You’ll build confidence and fitness through coached technique, pad work, bag drills and conditioning, with clear progressions week to week.
What To Expect
We start with the basics: stance, footwork, guard, punches, kicks and simple combinations. Sessions include technical drills, pad work, bag rounds and fitness to improve coordination, cardio and strength — all non-contact, so you can learn safely, at your own pace, and leave feeling sharper every session.
