
Adults Beginner K1 Kickboxing Classes in Cardiff (Non-Contact)
New to kickboxing? Our beginner K1 kickboxing classes in Cardiff are designed for adults who want to learn proper technique in a friendly environment — with no contact. You’ll build confidence, fitness and coordination through coached fundamentals, pad work, bag drills and conditioning, with clear progressions week to week.
No experience needed. Just show up, learn the basics properly, and leave each session feeling sharper.
What to Expect in Beginner K1 Kickboxing
We start with the fundamentals and build your skill step-by-step. Sessions are structured, beginner-friendly and focused on technique first.
Training includes:

Stance, footwork, balance and guard

Basic punches and kicks (and how to throw them safely)

Simple combinations and movement patterns

Pad work with coaching feedback

Bag rounds to build timing, power and endurance

Conditioning for fitness, cardio and strength
Everything is non-contact, so you can learn at your own pace while still getting a serious workout.
