FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Who is private training for?
Anyone—from complete beginners to fighters in camp. We tailor sessions to weight loss, strength, confidence, or fight prep.
What should I expect in a session?
The session is tailored to your goals. Typically it flows: quick check-in → warm-up & mobility → personalised core program (e.g., pads, technique, strength/conditioning) → cooldown & final check-in.
How long are sessions?
45 minutes as standard.
Can I do this if I’m unfit or have never boxed?
Absolutely. We scale everything and focus on safe fundamentals.
Do you offer nutrition coaching too?
Yes. You can add a personalised plan with calories/macros, sample days, and simple habits. We’ll review progress weekly. Just ask your PT!
I’ve got injuries or pain—can you work around that?
Yes. We’ll adapt movements and liaise with your physio where helpful. If something’s beyond scope, we’ll advise you to seek medical clearance first.
Do sessions include sparring?
Only if you want to and you’re ready. Most PT clients focus on pads, bag work, skills and conditioning but sparring can be included if required.
What equipment do I need?
Comfy kit and a water bottle. We have gloves and pads—bring your own if you prefer.
Can I bring a friend? (Semi-private)
Yes—2:1 and small-group PT are available. It’s great value and still tailored. See prices.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 12 hours’ notice to reschedule. Cancellations within 12 hours (including no-shows) are charged in full and count as a session.
